What can I say? Mixing is going great! Michael Ilbert knows his shit for sure and so far we’ve completed a total of 11 tracks. 11 great sounding tracks that is. This place sure is special, and it’s not without a great sense of amazement I roam these rooms and halls. Once upon a time the likes of U2, David Bowie, Lou Reed, David Byrne and Iggy Pop wrote and recorded magical music here. And in this very room – where I’m writing these lines – Depeche Mode completed both Some Great Reward and Black Celebration. Nuff said.
